The Brazilian part of the espresso comes from Minas Gerais, which is renowned for its coffee cultivation in Brazil. The local coffee farms are organized in cooperatives controlled by the Cerrado Coffee Growers Federation. The farm is located at an altitude of 1,100 meters and is operated by Elmiro Alves do Nascimento. Cerrado Mineiro coffees are labeled with a special quality seal to highlight the quality standards of the coffees from the region.
The Guatemalan coffee is from a single estate in the Nuevo Oriente region in the highlands of Guatemala and is grown and processed at an altitude of over 1,500 meters.
Thanks to the specific terroir of the region this coffee has a creamy, well-balanced body.

A special, shorter version of the espresso beverage. Sweet and syrupy with full-bodied intensity, followed by a slightly fruity acidity with the taste of dark berries, almonds, raisins, and dark chocolate fudge.

The Guatemalan coffee is from a single estate in the Nuevo Oriente region in the highlands of Guatemala and is grown and processed at an altitude of over 1,500 meters.
Thanks to the specific terroir of the region this coffee has a creamy, well-balanced body.
The Ethiopian coffee has its origin in the Sidamo region of Ethiopia and is grown and exported as a community lot. The coffee is named Acacia after the Ethiopian national tree and contains the Ethiopian heirloom varieties, which give the cup a tea-like, floral-fruity aroma.
The coffee from Kenya grows in an area with deep, well-drained, and fertile red volcanic soil, perfect conditions for beautiful complex cup profiles. This coffee is produced under the care of a cooperative. The cherries are hand-picked and carefully sorted to ensure its high quality. After being pulped, the parchment is fermented overnight, which gives the coffee its special sweetness.

An intense decaffeinated coffee beverage suitable for Lungo. As long, filter-style shot medium-bodied with a long walnut and cocoa finish. Naturally decaffeinated without chemical additives using the Swiss Water Process.
Swiss Water Process
Coffee, decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process, follows several steps. The first is to remove the silver skin from the bean. Next, coffee is transferred to tanks where it is soaked in clean water. In the third step, low-caffeine green coffee extract (water saturated with soluble green coffee compounds) flows into the coffee tanks. The green coffee extract has caffeine levels just below that of the green coffee, optimizing the driving force of the caffeine from the coffee into the green coffee extract. This process is repeated several times as the percentage of caffeine in the green coffee decreases. Finally, coffee is dried using an evaporative process where the moisture is converted to vapor and removed through an air exhaust stream. The green coffee extract, now rich in caffeine, moves to a special carbon filtration system to remove the caffeine. The green coffee extract is used for the next round of decaffeination.

Chapada de Minas is a small and beautiful region with stunning topography, shaped by plateaus and river canyons. The flatter plateau areas promoted the mechanization of the region’s coffee plantations. Coffee cultivation began in the 1870s.
